Does anyone know how to find this person?

I am looking for the composer of an opera “What Now Semyon?”, the leading role sung by mezzo soprano Vivica Geneaux. The composer’s name is Ravonna Martin. She lives in Hot Springs Arkansas, but I am unable to contact her. (She is also a former instructor of mine.) Does anyone know how to find her? The phone book has no listing and I do not have access to public records in that county.

Was he just seeking a better life illegal immigrant charged as posing as Ark. deputy?

HOT SPRINGS, Ark. — A former Garland County Sheriff’s Department cadet arrested for allegedly impersonating a sheriff’s deputy and later determined to be an illegal alien was put through a background check when he applied to be a cadet at the age of 14 in 2005, Sheriff’s investigator Bill House said Friday.

Wilmar Arnulfo Perez, 20, of 156 Piney Loop, was charged Wednesday with a felony count of criminal impersonation of a law enforcement officer and misdemeanor counts of theft by receiving and possession of a blue light after he allegedly pulled over motorists dressed as a sheriff’s deputy and even issued tickets using a stolen ticket book.

House said Perez wore a black shirt with “SHERIFF” written in white letters, available at any Army/Navy store, and had badges, handcuffs and other items, including a bulletproof vest, that he is believed to have stolen while serving as a cadet before being ejected from the program in 2009.

House said that when he entered the cadet program a background check was conducted through the state computer system and he was found to have a valid Arkansas ID and “nothing else appeared.”

When he was arrested Wednesday, a hold was put on him by agents with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement who had determined he was in the country illegally, he said.

“This time, apparently using new technology they have now, when we ran his fingerprints through the FBI database who ran it through ICE, it showed there was a hold on him.”

House stressed the department does mandatory background checks on all employees, including the cadets.

Perez was still being held Friday on $10,000 bond, in addition to the hold, and is set to appear Nov. 1 in Hot Springs District Court. If convicted, he could face up to six years in prison on the felony charge and up to one year in jail on the misdemeanor counts.

House said earlier this week they began hearing about a suspect in a dark green Ford Taurus with red and blue LED lights pulling over motorists in the western part of the county.

He was also armed with what appeared to be a real handgun, but was actually a BB gun, he said.

Will someone please prood read my essay?

My most memorable vacation was in Hot Springs, Arkansas. My family stayed there in a motel, for 3 days and 2 nights. Even though, our vacation did not end so well, I still enjoyed the sights I encounter. I recommend all bordering states to visit this place, because of the few sights that stuck out to me: the shopping area, and the mountains, Magic Springs.

Since this was our first time traveling there, we got lost a lot. After driving back and forth from our hotel and our next destination, we started to know our way around. While touring the city one day, we drove past this shopping area. The stores were small, compacted, old fashion looked, yet elegant. They reminded me of the French quarters. I really wished that we would have stopped to see what was inside them.

One our way to Magic Springs, we to travel on this huge hill, well at least that is what I assumed it was in the beginning. Turns out it was a mountain. I was amazed by it, because it was my first time seeing a mountain in real life. I knew people lived in mountains, but I was amazed to see a road way leading to a neighborhood. To sum it all up, the scenery was beautiful.

One of the most common reasons for people vacationing in Hot Springs, Arkansas is to visit Magic Springs and Crystal falls. People usually call it by its shorten the name. Magic Springs is a combination of an amusement park and a water park. For those who love Six Flags will surely love this park. Most of the rides are quite similar, if not the same. I did not get the rides there, but I did lounge in the Crystal Falls wading pool with my mom and little brother. This pool was mainly used by families with small children, because of its shallowness. The second pool was The Crystal Falls Wave Pool. The name describes it exactly; it produces waves. A horn is blown, to signal the waves are coming. I do not suggest small children and those who cannot well to go the deeper ends of the pool. I could not keep my balance of the strong waves. Although we didnot tour the entire park, but it was still cool and fun to be there.

I really enjoyed the shopping area, the mountains and the Magic Springs, In Hot Springs, Arkansas. I regret not taking pictures. The sights I encountered are the only reasons other should. Others can also enjoy the sights I mentioned and plus more. This is really is great place for vacations.
Jack – I know its “proof” not “prood.” I’m in a hurry, but thank you ever so much for helping :D
