Renting a house or a condo would be a great idea, as it will give you some more privacy than if you were staying in a hotel or motel. I would suggest that you use online research to find available condos.
Rather than give you a specific house or condo, I would suggest that you do some research on the what places are available in Little Rock, their prices and specific locations. I have used justvr.com in the past and it was quite helpful for narrowing down my choices and booking a few nights stay.

I’ve gone on a weekend trip to Hot Springs twice before. I stayed at SunBay Resort, which had good prices and nice condos for a couple or family. They have a really nice heated outdoor pool which my kids loved, and a sauna for my wife and I. The service staff was really genuine and nice.
