I know its not a good time to buy a house right off the bat now, so i just need to find some RENT to OWN houses. Thanks
In general, now CAN be a good time to buy as many home prices have slumped. As for Hot Springs, Arkansas, I can’t speak for it directly. I can’t answer it all, but be sure to understand what price of home you might be able to afford. Even that can vary since down payment, closing costs. etc. are things one must understand to get a good feel. Next, I would highly recommend finding a realtor to help you as you are novice and a first time homebuyer. There is much to learn so don’t rush.
