I don’t know what the actual stats are, but having lived in L.R. for a number of years, I can tell you the average temperature during the summer is 91-93 degrees. High humidity. A lot of trees in Hot Springs, so a lot of shady spots. Winters may get an occasional light snowfall, ice precipitation occasionally. I’d say wintertime average is 40 degrees.
