I saw a youtube video with a poilce officer yelling at a skater. It said call to complain the number did not say 911 in it and i called it,i live in NewYork and it was from Hot springs Arkansas i hung up quickly and turned my phone of cuz it said hot springs police and i got scared. Are they going to come to my house or something or are they just going to leave it

Your kidding right. I do believe that the Hot Springs P.D. has better things to do than worry about you calling to complain. First of all they have no jurisdiction in New York. In order for them to do something New York would have to arrest you and then the Hot Springs P.D. would have to extradite you. This takes a lot of time and money. If it was a murder suspect or something of this nature they probably would. But just calling to complain I really don’t thinks so.

If anything they will just call you back and make sure you didnt have an emergency just tell them it was a mistake.

You weren’t calling the emergency line, so it would most likely be treated like any wrong number.
Besides, if it’s on YouTube, they’ve probably been flooded with calls from people complaining and were actually happy to have a hang-up.
