What is the age limit in hot springs arkansas to have a motorcycle liscense?

I’m only 13 and someone told me when i was 14 i can get a motorcycle and drive it around but im not positive about that.
Any answers??
Thats the point…i don’t know the age limit period…

    I think you can ride a 250cc or lower at 14, not sure about the 250cc. It may be a 125cc. Call your local DMV and find out.
