Ask around at local hospitals and clinics or even your local health department. There are counselors available who will offer their services free of charge or for a small fee if you cant afford it, they will go by your income. Best of luck to you

Try contacting the following. If they don’t offer free or low-cost services, they can recommend you to the right agency. Sometimes services are not free but are adjusted based on income so may still be available to you.

on here people like me and toll free numbers and through state programs in your area and some mental health places will let u pay what u can afford
