Ceremony location in little rock arkansas?

I asked this question Before but I think people were confused when I said central ar, I need it in the little rock area. Hot springs and eureka springs are way to far. I don’t want a church but a chaple is fine, I’m not against it but I would like outdoors or a really neat area. Please help I need to book one soon!! Thanks

April, 2011 Hot Springs, AR Tornado Teen Challenge/Walnut Valley Baptist Church

I try to avoid areas of destruction in order to not interfere with rescue and recovery workers. However, I had to travel across the path of one of the April 25th tornados in eastern Garland County, just north of Hot Springs, AR, in order to get to a work site. This is some of what I saw.
