okay say i have a warrant(which i don’t, its a friend of mine with the warrant) but i’ll use myself as an example. okay so I supposedly have a warrant in clark county, and i go and get a court date can i go to court in hot springs or malvern instead of going to court in clark county where my warrant is? people keep telling me different things. a few people said as long as its local you can, and some said you can’t. any help?

My friend Steven, 18 had 3 days left of probation. He was on probation because of a stupid teenage mistake. It make him eligible to go into a federal prison whenever he messed up again. He messed up again, he got into a car wreck and left the scene to walk back to his friends house to get his truck to move his car off of the road. Police got there before he did, and getting a ticket for leaving the scene, made him have to go to prison for 5 months. Steven has a bright future for him, he was planning on going to college, and he has a 28 on his ACT, getting most of his college payed for. He is planning on going into politics, so he is very intellectual, and is now a good person, he was just in the wrong place, at the wrong time. His judge is in Hot Springs, Arkansas and his prison is in Pollock, Louisiana. If i was to go by the rules of changing a sentence..which state would I go by? Please help! Thanks!

My friend and I are planning on going to Hot Springs, Arkansas for a 5 day girls getaway! We are planning on going to the amusement park the first day and spa and shopping the rest. My question is this. I’m wanting to get a spray tan, massage, pedicure, manicure, facial, body wrap, and spa bath during the trip but I’m not sure if one of the treatments will affect the others in any way. Is there any advice you can give someone who is going to the spa for the first time?

If so, where? How much did you spend? Like it, love it or forget it? I did get married in Eureka Springs at the courthouse, but that was 22 years ago! I had a friend ask me about it and I told her there are lots of little wedding packages out there for both places, but thought I would ask and maybe get some actual experiences from the Answers folks.
