This is clips of Jump the sharks first two gigs ever. Informal events from a Halloween fest and a party for the local Farmers food Co-op in Hot Springs.

To see true abs, you have to be 10% body fat or lower… My secrets -getting abs.. it is not the sit ups or ab workouts…it is walking…hiking…and enjoying the outdoors while incorporating a bit of weight training. Less than 45 minutes per day 6 days per week! You already have abs..they are hidden under your protective coating…now, how do we get that coating off? By moving more. Cardio..not crazy cardio..but walking and getting the heart rate up.
