Thinking about going to hot springs arkansas on memorial weekend this year, anyone know if its pretty crowded or busy around that time. also is there alot of fun things to do?? thanks
It will not be a long drive for us as we are in DFW area in Texas, we just dont want to be in car long time. LOL

While at the dinner table, have you ever sucked anyone…?
…into a debate over politics or religion? Do you think dinner is the time to engage in such talk? Changing the subject, but I remember one time at an Italian restaurant in Hot Springs, AR I blew some hot soup off my spoon and it sprayed my friend in the face and he jumped backwards in his chair and bumped into the chair behind him and knocked a motorcycle helmet off it and it rolled across the floor and crashed into an acoustic guitar propped up by the fireplace hearth and it fell over with A LOT of noise and disturbed everyone there. When the guitar fell it also knocked over a basket of Indian corn & it went rolling all over the place. lol
I was very embarrased.

Who knows who knows what it’s like to be middle class George Bush or Bill Clinton?
I live in Arkansas and have seen the boyhood home of Clinton’s and it’s in a middle class neighborhood and isnt the biggest home of its time period. my house is accually bigger. he spent a lot of time with his grandmother there because his mom had to work a lot because his dad died. then she married his step-dad (who was an alcoholic gambler) and they moved to hot springs. that house is bigger than the one in Hope but still not as big as many car salesmans houses.they were able to send him to good colleges because he was very intelligent and earned many scholarships. He was better off than some in hot springs but, Bush on the other hand was (like his father) the son of a rich politician. who was MUCH better off than Clinton. so who knows what we normal americans need ?????
